North York firm seeks a senior-level Corporate Associate. Must have 8+ years in Corporate Commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts and agreements.

• Manage corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.

 

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate/commercial law.

• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and business transactions.

• Proven ability to advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and general business law matters.
